Kindermusik Kindermusik is a nationally recognized music program designed for preschoolers and their parents. A licensed instructor will mentor the class in concepts consistent with the Foundations of Learning principle that "a child's best teacher is their parent". Classes are age appropriate and students will learn rhythm basics, listening fun, movement skills, introduction to musical instruments, and much more. Ukulele

Learning the guitar can be very challenging to the small musician. We are proud to announce the frist step toward helping children learn to play the guitar. The ukulele is smaller and only has 4 strings. This class will not only teach how to play a stringed instrument and prepare the child fro playing the guitar, but will also provice a well balanced and fun music education with rhythm, listening, and intonation.

Guitar classes for all ages. Whether you are interested in guitar for personal fulfillment or as a career, this course is right for you. Learn the guitar and you'll be able to focus on how sounds are created, instead of being limited to one style. The beginning class focuses on basic reading, fingerings, chording, strumming, picking, and theory. Regular out-of-class practice is expected for the student to progress.

Garage Band 101

Guitar, Bass, Drum, and Keyboard students who have had at least one year of private lessons can enroll for this fun class. Chris Mitchell will bring to the classroom his many years of experience in the band. As a group you will learn several songs of different styles as well as performing techniques, new tones, recording demands, and teamwork. This class will perform publicly as a group at least once during the semester. Come meet new people and, "strike up the band!"
